ThermoFlex® Plus is the standard of the industry for it's ease of use, durability, and wide variety of materials that it can be transferred to. It weeds easily, is very flexable, and adheres well to Cotton, Polyester, Fabric Blends, Spandex, Lycra, Wool, and Linen fabrics. It does not adhere to Nylon. Commonly used for T-shirts, team uniforms and numbers, company identification and many others. Once applied, it has a very thin matte finish.

ThermoFlex® Xtra has the desireable features of the popular ThermoFlex® Plus including easier handling, cutting and weeding, but is used for Nylon, Leather, and other heat sensitive fabrics. Also works well with siliconed fabrics such as rain and fire suits. Adheres quickly in only 3-5 seconds. Available in 16 colors.

ThermoFlex® Sport is a durable thick film material designed to bridge the gaps in open-mesh athletic jersey.It can be pressed at a relatively low (300° F - 320° F) temperature and short dwell time (8-10 seconds), which minimizes dye migration from colored polyester jersey mesh.Available in 15 colors.

The ColorPrint line offers a digital media for use with a variety of color output devices. Since the material gets transferred, and not just the ink, these are suitable for light or dark fabrics. ColorPrint is for Thermal Ribbon transfer printers such as the Gerber Edge, and Roland ColorCAMM. Colorprint Solvent is for Solvent and Eco-Solvent inkjet printers and offers 6 types of media including clear and white, and specific products for Nylon and leather. The ColorJet line is media for Waterbased inkjet printers.

Deco Flock Premium

Deco-Flock™ has a velvet 3 dimentional feel that adds perceived value to logos, numbers, letters and designs. It is affordable, durable, and wash-safe. Available in 22 fuzzy colors.

Deco Flock Economy

Deco-Flock™ ECONOMY is a lower priced version of the Premium Flock. Does not perform as well as the PREMIUM, but costs less. Available in 10 colors.

DecoFilm™ adds the value of precious metals to your designs. You can also use these foils in conjunction with ThermoFlex® and DecoFlock™ films for brilliant accent or contrast. Available in 2 categories, Brilliant Gold and Brilliant Silver have a foil look. Super Gold, Super Silver and Super Copper have a softer look and can show the fabric texture. They adhere will to most fabrics including some temperature sensitive ones, including some nylons. Since fabric characteristics vary, test before using in production. Brilliants are hand-wash ONLY.

Reflective Heat Transfer Materials

Reflection Protection films consist of very small glass beads embedded in a layer of polyester film to reflect almost all the light that shines on them. This product can be heat pressed to most fabrics including many temperature sensitive ones, including nylon. Since fabric characteristics vary, test before using in production. Great for police, fire, EMS, traffic control, parking, utility, road, construction, transportation, and security personnel, runners, bicyclists and motor bikers, postal and newpaper delivery workers, among others.

ThermoBanner 2 ™ is a material designed for application to heat sensitive surfaces such as coated canvas, coated nylons and most vinyl or plastic coated surfaces. Typical applications include banners, awnings, umbrellas, tire and trailer covers. It can be heat transferred at low temperatures with very little pressure, so application is possible with hand irons and heat guns.

Heat Transfer Accessories

These accessories are specifically make dor the heat transfer process. Item include Heat transfer application tape, to keep items pre-spaced.
